Naturopathic Medicine

The Goal of Naturopathic Medicine is to find the cause of "dis-ease" in the body. Medicine is more curative when the cause is addressed rather than merely suppressing the symptoms of the disease. The Naturopath trusts the body's inherent wisdom and its ability to heal itself. Gentle, natural therapies such as homeopathy, nutrition, botanicals, counseling, and hydrotherapy can be used to help stimulate the self healing mechanisms in the body.

Naturopathic Physicians are Board Certified licensed Primary care Physicians in the state of Montana.

Services

Naturopathic Consultation

Appointments are 1-1.5 hours long allowing time for the doctor to truly understand each patients unique needs. A full health history is important as well as examining the patients dietary intake. Physical exam will be performed and labs may be ordered as necessary.

Homeopathy

A 200 year old practice of medicine that uses very dilute substances to stimulate the body to recognize the "dis-ease" and begin the healing process. Homeopathic remedies are personalized to each individual. It is a powerful tool to help the body recognize where it might be stuck and to begin healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Homeopathic intakes require a deep understanding of the patient in order to match the right constitutional remedy. Consultations may take as long as 2 hours. A repertorization is then researched and studied by the doctor before prescribing. Homeopathy does not alter the natural biological processes of the body or have side effects. This is why it is one of my favorite modalities. It is especially great to use with children, or emotional issues. Another benefit of homeopathy is that it will not interact with medications. It is safe and effective for all individuals.

Constitutional Hydrotherapy

A Combination of Alternating Hot - Cold towels and Electro-magnetic Stimulation. This therapy is used to tonify the digestive system as well as stimulate the immune and detoxification systems of the body.
